WEBGENX POLICIES
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Free inquiries
Preparing or sending a project inquiry is free and does not commit you to a paid project. Pricing is provided in a written proposal.
Deposit and project start
After you approve your proposal, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. Larger projects may instead use an agreed milestone payment schedule, documented before you commit.
Final payment and handover
The remaining balance is due before launch or final handover, in accordance with the approved proposal. The proposal will identify the deliverables, included revisions, and payment milestones.
Changes and outside costs
Changes outside the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline and require approval before the additional work begins. Hosting, domains, licensed assets, subscriptions, and other third-party costs will be identified in the proposal when applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation procedures, treatment of the deposit, payment for completed work, and any refund eligibility or calculation are decided in each written proposal or project agreement before payment. This website does not establish a blanket refundable or nonrefundable deposit rule. Ask for clarification before approving the proposal if any term is unclear.
Pauses, delays, and outstanding payments
Project pause arrangements, delays caused by missing materials or approvals, and the handling of overdue payments are addressed in the project agreement. Contact WebGenx promptly if your circumstances change so the next steps can be agreed.
How to request cancellation
Email fabulousstreams@gmail.com with your project name and request. The agreed project terms and applicable requirements determine the financial outcome.
