Using this website

WebGenx provides information about digital services and a way to prepare project inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, reserve a delivery date, or create a commitment to purchase services.

Proposals and project agreements

Paid work begins only after the project scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, and other relevant terms are agreed in writing and any required deposit is received. The approved proposal and project agreement govern the individual engagement.

Scope, revisions, and timing

Included revisions, milestones, delivery estimates, and client approval steps are set out in the proposal. Additional requests or changes to an approved scope require agreement on any extra cost or schedule changes. Delivery depends on timely access, content, feedback, and approvals.

Client materials and access

Clients are responsible for having permission to use materials they supply and for reviewing content before publication. Share account access through an agreed secure method. Do not send passwords through the inquiry form.

Ownership and third-party services

Ownership, licensing, source-file delivery, and handover arrangements are defined in the project agreement. Fonts, stock assets, software, hosting, domains, integrations, and other third-party services may have separate license terms, fees, and renewal obligations.

AI-assisted work and review

Some services may use AI-assisted tools. The tools and data-handling arrangements relevant to your project should be agreed before confidential material is shared. Deliverables require review for accuracy, suitability, permissions, and your intended use. WebGenx does not promise particular sales, rankings, traffic, or other business results.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material, distribute malicious code, interfere with website operation, or access systems without permission.
