Information you choose to share

When you send a project inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization, service interests, budget, timeline, and project details. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.

How the inquiry form works

The form prepares a message in your own email app. Your request is not sent to WebGenx until you send that email. If you download your brief instead, the file is created on your device. This site does not provide a customer account or a form submission database.

How information is used

Information received by WebGenx is used to respond to inquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, prepare proposals, manage project communication and billing, and maintain necessary business records. Your contact consent relates to your project inquiry; it is not a newsletter subscription.

Service providers and website requests

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes website requests and may retain operational and security logs, such as IP addresses and request information. Google Fonts supplies the site’s fonts and receives browser requests when they load. Inquiry emails are received through Gmail. These providers process information under their own policies.

Cookies and tracking

WebGenx has not added advertising pixels or client-side analytics scripts to this site. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information necessary to serve and protect the website. Your browser and email provider may use their own cookies or storage.

Sharing, retention, and project tools

WebGenx does not sell inquiry contact information. Information may be handled by providers needed to host the site, communicate, and carry out an agreed project, or disclosed when legally required. Records are kept as needed for the inquiry, project, business recordkeeping, and applicable requirements. Project-specific tools, including AI tools where relevant, will be discussed in the proposal; do not send confidential source material before agreeing how it will be handled.
